WASHINGTON TWP., Montgomery County -- The Washington Twp. Trustees started the new year by approving two new zoning districts for the township -- a planned residential conservation district and a planned development mixed-use district.

At their Jan. 7 meeting, the trustees unanimously approved the two new zoning districts as part of amendments to the township zoning resolution for articles 6, 7, 12, 15 and 16.
