DAYTON -- A summer spike in arsons, many likely set by youngsters, has arson investigators looking for juveniles in the Sunday morning fires that destroyed an eight-unit apartment building, three houses and a garage.

All of the buildings on Bellevue and Five Oaks were vacant, some of the 10,000 to 12,000 vacant in the city, according to city records.
