KETTERING -- Among those strolling the enclosed hallway at Town & Country Shopping Center on a recent Tuesday were some who came to walk for their health.
Elisabeth Burgess, 77, of Kettering was among a number of those walkers who were upset that the hallway will disappear with upcoming renovations for an open-air mall with outdoor shop entrances for each store.See the full content of this document
