DAYTON -- County auditor candidate Seth Morgan believes school districts are losing tax dollars because the auditor's office sometimes misses valuations that should be increased after a new home is built.

"If I were auditor, I would immediately meet with the county's real-estate team, and we would be running reports looking for properties that have high selling prices, but don't have a home listed on the lots," said Morgan, a Republican and Huber Heights council member.
