DAYTON -- The Rev. Raleigh Trammell pleaded not guilty on Tuesday, Aug. 10, to a violation of the city's property maintenance code that led to his arrest last week for failure to appear at a previous court date.
Trammell or his Central Missionary Baptist Church also are more than $22,000 behind on property taxes for 14 properties in Montgomery County and he faces code violations on three of those properties.See the full content of this document
