UNION -- When the city formed its fire department Jan. 1, 1998, planning was already under way for a fire station that would meet the current and future needs of the city.
Out of that planning, and the subsequent passage of two levies in November 2004, the city began construction of a facility that, according to City Manager John Applegate will serve Union and its residents for 45 years or more.See the full content of this document
