FAIRBORN -- Several weeks ago, Wright State swimming coach Sion Brinn bruised his knee playing co-ed soccer. After that, he bruised a rib. Sunday night was much worse, although Brinn said he expects to be back at work in a couple of weeks after he cracked his skull on another player's head, tore an artery and required surgery.

"He was playing at Thomas Cloud Park in Huber Heights," said Brinn's three-months-pregnant wife, Missi. "I wasn't there, but when I went to pick him up, there was a trainer who said we might want to take him in some place to have a look.
