Florida police arrested three men, including a University of Dayton student, on spring break early Friday for allegedly detonating a partial stick of dynamite at a Daytona Beach Shores hotel, causing minor injuries and up to $12,000 in damage and lost revenue.

Christopher R. Romano, 21, who's listed on UD's Web site as a marketing major, is accused of discharging a destructive device causing injury and property damage, a first-degree felony, according to a Daytona Beach Shores police report released Friday, March 21.
