TROTWOOD -- Trotwood-Madison School District Superintendent Lowell Draffen is retiring, effective June 30, 2010, after leading the district for six years.

Draffen, a superintendent for more than 25 years, submitted his letter of retirement to the school board on Thursday night, June 4. The board accepted it unanimously.
