GREENVILLE -- Following the findings of two psychologists, a judge ruled Tuesday, March 25, that a 10-year-old is not competent to face juvenile charges of murder and arson.

Timothy Byers admitted to starting the Sept. 16 fire that killed his mother, sister and three other young children, prosecutors have said. They have offered no motive.
