SPRINGFIELD -- Canadian resident Michel Cuhaci ordered a book online for his nephew's Christmas present. When it arrived on his doorstep on Dec. 23, the first 38 pages were missing, and chapters 3 and 4 were printed twice.

Cuhaci, who now had to decide what to do about his nephew's Christmas gift, was not happy.
