Tornado in New Carlisle Downs Trees, Damages Store

Summary


A tornado that touched down in the New Carlisle area Wednesday morning was part of a storm system that brought Dayton within a half inch of the all-time rainfall record for April.

The National Weather Service confirmed that a EF0 tornado touched down at 9:53 a.m. with winds of 70 to 75 mph. No injuries were reported.
