I'd like to wish my readers a happy Thanksgiving. While we take this day to give thanks, I'd like to share the story of a Tipp City woman who is working to save a piece of history and wilderness outside Hillsboro in Highland County.

Phyllis Hale and others hope to make the Seven Caves, a private tourist attraction at 7660 Cave Road, about two miles south of Paint Creek Lake, part of the Highlands Nature Sanctuary. Hale has planned a garage sale Saturday to raise money toward purchase of the land.
