A few weeks ago, I wrote about one of the newest exercise programs, Zumba. But while I was sweating along with a dozen others in a Zumba class (and it felt terrific by the way), Bill and Sue McCabe were quietly practicing an ancient form of exercise they say has changed their lives.

"Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements and deep breathing," said Bill. "It helps improve balance, flexibility and reduce stress."
