DAYTON -- The man who turned himself in to police hours after a fatal shooting Wednesday has been charged with two counts of having weapons under disability stemming from an earlier conviction, according to Dayton Municipal Court.
Demetrick E. Lightfoot, 22, of Elmhurst Road, a suspect in the death of Donque D. Gay, was in the Montgomery County Jail on Friday in lieu of a $250,000 bond for the third-degree felony charge.See the full content of this document
