GERMANTOWN -- The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency announced Friday that the Weidle Corporation has agreed to pay a $17,429 civil penalty for violating state water pollution laws while developing a Germantown subdivision.
Anyone who disturbs more than an acre of land must obtain and operate under the guidelines of a storm water management plan.See the full content of this document
