COLUMBUS -- For the Rench family, the night before the Ohio State Fair is full of anticipation and excitement.
"The guys can't wait to get here. The night before the fair is like Christmas Eve for the boys," said Jim Rench of Covington in Miami County as his three boys snacked on roasted corn-on-the-cob and packed sandwiches. "It's a traditional kind of thing -- you did it growing up as kids and there is a variety of entertainment in one spot.
