* `The Rockin' Roadhouse Tour,' starring Joe Diffie and Mark Chesnutt, will headline this year's A Day in the Country concert Aug. 14 at Thomas Cloud Park on Brandt Pike in Huber Heights. The annual daylong event is presented by country radio station K99.1- FM. Dayton-area act Scott Hisey and K.I.C. will open the show that also will include performances by Ricochet and Steve Azar. Admission is free with a ticket obtained in advance from various locations announced daily on the radio station beginning July 15. Children 12 and younger do not need a ticket.
