WASHINGTON Twp., Montgomery County -- Sherif Aziz, whose geo- environmental engineering company, TesTech Inc., was the subject of a raid by federal agents Thursday, said in a statement Friday that he has been cooperating with U.S. Department of Transportation investigators and was surprised they chose to conduct a search of his offices pursuant to a sealed warrant.
"We have been in discussions with the DOT over the last few years, responding to their questions about our company," Aziz said in a prepared statement released by his public relations firm. "(Thursday's) turn of events is disturbing because we believed that the requests for information and requirements the DOT imposed were customary and routine."See the full content of this document
