DAYTON -- Opening statements in the aggravated vehicular homicide trial of Dexter S. Moore II, who drove into a Jefferson Twp. teen as he left his school bus, are scheduled for today, July 15.

Jury selection took nearly all day Monday, the first day of the trial, with Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Mary Katherine Huffman, assistant county prosecutor Robert Deschler and defense attorney Richard Skelton questioning the jury pool, which started with about 40 people.
