XENIA -- For voters in the 70th state house district the May 4 primary is the equivalent of a November general election because there are only two Republicans vying for the seat.
Beavercreek Democrat Kevin O'Brien failed to turn in enough valid signatures to be on the ballot in November leaving incumbent Jarrod Martin, also of Beavercreek, and Xenia City Councilman Bill Miller competing for the Republican nomination.See the full content of this document
