DAYTON -- Girl Scouts councils in Dayton, Lima, Cincinnati and Toledo will merge effective Jan. 1, creating the new Girl Scouts of Western Ohio.
Delegates from each region met in Lima recently with members from their current Girl Scout council. Each council -- Girl Scouts of Buckeye Trails in Dayton; Girl Scouts of Appleseed Ridge in Lima; Girl Scouts -- Great Rivers Council in Cincinnati; and Girl Scouts of Maumee Valley Council in Toledo -- voted to approve the merger agreement.See the full content of this document
