WASHINGTON -- Homeowners who have been thinking of caulking a few leaks or putting on energy efficient windows to hold down their utility bills can claim modest tax credits if they wait a few months.
The sweeping national energy bill, which passed the Senate on Friday and appears headed for President Bush's signature, provides tax credits for upgrading the energy efficiency of homes and motor vehicles.See the full content of this document
