DAYTON -- Regina Dixon fills her community with color. The part- time painter and administrative assistant for the Dayton Foundation has exhibits at the Dayton Visual Art Center and volunteers at K-12 Gallery. She is also the founder of the annual Art Party for Youth. This year it took place in August in her backyard.

She invites the youth in the community and their families to join her own family in a celebration of expression through art.
