DAYTON -- The city's water department is returning about $1 million to residents and businesses after a clerical error caused it to overcharge for storm water drainage fees during the past two years.
Roughly 49,000 customers will receive a credit in one of their next two billing cycles. The average refund is about $12.50 for residential customers, said Tam-mi Clements, the water department's director.See the full content of this document
