OAKWOOD -- Four boys have been charged with delinquency by reason of rape in connection with reported assaults on a 12-year-old girl.

Oakwood police learned of the allegations in September, when the girl's father came to police and complained about one of the boys, who is 15, city Public Safety Director Alex Bebris said.
