WEST CARROLLTON -- Montgomery County has purchased a building in West Carrollton to offer work opportunities for disabled adults.

Montgomery County Commission President Dan Foley said the building, at 700 Liberty Lane, was purchased after an extensive search during the past 18 months by the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services.
