DAYTON -- About 125 employees of Montgomery County Children Services picketed the agency's 3304 N. Main St. office Thursday to protest what they view as the administration's illegal attempt to disband their long-time union and merge them into another bargaining unit.
Helen Jones-Kelley, director of the Department of Job and Family Services that Children Services will become part of May 7, said the dispute over which union will represent the Children Services employees "is not something that can be handled here locally."See the full content of this document
