EATON -- "When I see in their eyes the tears of happiness and tears of joy, that moves me," said Terry Pendergraft, of Preble County Veteran Services. "That is what I get out of it."

Pendergraft referred to a bus carrying 53 people, including 27 World War II veterans and their escorts, that left Eaton to visit the National World War II Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C.
