COLUMBUS -- A large majority of Ohio likely voters -- 65 percent - - see the state's economy as getting worse, and majorities also say Democrats would do a better job handling the economy and creating jobs than would Republicans, according to the latest Ohio Poll.
The poll, sponsored by the University of Cincinnati, also finds that a large majority of likely voters rate Ohio economic conditions as "fair" or "poor." Majorities of both Democrats (90 percent) and Republicans (73 percent) rated conditions in these two categories.See the full content of this document
