RIVERSIDE -- Joseph W. Young, a 20-year resident of a close-knit Riverside neighborhood, is scheduled to appear today in Montgomery County Court Area Two in Huber Heights on charges he poisoned his neighbors' pets.

Police arrested Young, 50, of 4833 Harlou Drive, on Saturday after several people identified him from a videotape made by a neighbor who suspected Young of adding antifreeze to dogs' outdoor water dishes.
