LEBANON - A Warren County judge rejected a plea by lawyers for former Springboro police Lt. James Barton for a court order forcing prosecutors to turn over more evidence on Wednesday.
Barton, 49, is charged with complicity to involuntary manslaughter, complicity to aggravated burglary and complicity to burglary.
