Dayton Power has No Peers ; Commission Finds No Competition for Utility Company

COLUMBUS -- The Voluntary Enrollment Program, a state sponsored effort to find competitors for the Dayton Power and Light Co., failed in its first effort to find outside electric suppliers, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio said Friday.

The PUCO will try again next month, according to spokesman Matt Butler.
