MIAMI TWP., Montgomery County -- Community leaders from across southwest Montgomery County are planning the first Greater Dayton Conference on Youth, a two-day event to discuss the assets kids need to succeed.

"We're promoting the positive growth and development of all the youth in the community," said West Carrollton schools Superintendent Rusty Clifford.
