HUBER HEIGHTS -- An anti-abortion group is urging Huber Heights City Council not to endorse the Montgomery County's Human Services levy because a small fraction of the $58 million to $61 million it generates goes to Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region.

Tim O'Bryant, chairman of the Dayton Right to Life Political Action Committee, told council members at an administration committee meeting Tuesday night that $60,000 to $70,000 (about 0.1 percent) of the levy money is given annually to Planned Parenthood, which provides abortion services.
