COLUMBUS -- TGM Associates used to give Ohio State University football tickets to investment staffers at the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, and throw them parties and buy them dinners at restaurants, an internal audit shows.
Between 1998 and 2002, the New York-based real estate investment firm spent $20,336 on OPERS employees, including $9,435 for football tickets, souvenirs and bashes, according to expense records TGM sent to OPERS for the audit.See the full content of this document
