HAMILTON -- Badin High School girls' basketball coach Dan Purcell, ejected in the first quarter of a 54-45 loss to Versailles in a Division III regional final, has been notified by the Ohio High School Athletic Association that the ejection was improper and he won't have to serve a two-game suspension.

"What I'm upset about is that the official had an attitude going into the game, and he took it out on the Badin girls and myself," Purcell said. "The game was affected by him."
