COLUMBUS -- A state appeals court has upheld Ohio's statewide smoking ban in a case involving a Columbus bar, Attorney General Richard Cordray announced Wednesday. The ruling is likely going to be appealed to the Ohio Supreme Court.
The decision by the 10th District Court of Appeals, based in Columbus, reversed a trial court decision rejecting the state health department's request for an injunction under the smoking ban.See the full content of this document
