State Sen. Patricia Clancy does not give up. Clancy, R-Colerain Twp., introduced legislation last General Assembly to officially legalize breast-feeding in public. She did that after the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Wal-Mart's policy prohibiting women from breast-feeding in its stores.
