Summary
The Dayton Daily News editorial ("Charter school opponents grasp in court," Dec. 3) makes it clear that the DDN shares many of the concerns raised by the Coalition for Public Education about Ohio's current charter school program. Unfortunately, it also misreads the constitutional claims and goals of the coalition's lawsuit.
The coalition never advocated "...Putting all of Ohio's charter schools out of business with one court ruling..." We never contended that charter schools are inherently unconstitutional.See the full content of this document
