OAKWOOD -- Retired Oakwood Judge Irvin H. Harlamert and a group of his neighbors have been collecting private donations for the past year to call attention to one of Oakwood's most historically significant residential neighborhoods.
The group plans to construct limestone pillars at each of the five entrances into the Hatcher Hills neighborhood, which includes Northview, South-view, Maysfield, Rubicon and Haver roads and West Thruston Boulevard.See the full content of this document
