WEST CARROLLTON -- A study to identify a marketing plan to attract homebuyers to West Carrollton suggested the city should pursue renters and better define its image to the rest of the Miami Valley.
The city commissioned L2 Marketing Research Ltd., to conduct the study. Lou Es Greene , who handled the study, told city officials that L2 used a telephone survey in January and February to call renters and homeowners "mostly of an affluent mix" living five to 10 miles outside the city.See the full content of this document
