DAYTON -- The Montgomery County Board of Elections on Tuesday, Nov. 11, threw out all petition signatures to recall Moraine City Councilman Bob Rosencrans because of problems that occurred during collection of the 119 signatures.
Board members said there has been a lot of "agitation" coming out of Moraine, people were "misled," and that they no longer will tolerate any errors made by Moraine residents collecting signatures to challenge elected officials.See the full content of this document
