Moraine Candidates Believe Attracting Business Top Priority

Summary

MORAINE -- Four Moraine City Council candidates, including two incumbents, a former councilwoman and a resident who petitioned officials to keep a neighborhood's zip code, are hoping voters seat them to one of two Council at Large seats Nov. 3.

Allen, 69, and Jim McGuire, 64, who organized community meetings to pressure the U.S. Postal Service officials and local and state representatives to retain a Moraine neighborhood's current zip code, which ultimately remained unchanged.
