WEST MILTON -- Defending Division III state champion Minster started the 2005 high school cross country season in the same fashion it will likely end it, with a victory.

The Wildcats flexed their youth and depth Saturday, winning the Division III girls team title at the Bob Schul Invitational at Milton-Union's Lowry Complex. Minster, which placed six runners in the top 11, easily defeated 2004 state runner-up Versailles 28-45. Coldwater was third (113).
