Fugitive murder suspect Marine Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean was captured in Mexico, the FBI announced Thursday, April 10.

Laurean, suspected in the slaying of Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach of Vandalia, had been sought by authorities since he fled his home Jan. 11, the day Lauterbach's charred remains and those of her unborn son were found in a shallow grave in Laurean's backyard in Jacksonville, N.C.
