SPRINGFIELD -- Martin Luther King Jr. weekend provides a golden opportunity for clergy to share important messages from the pulpit.
The Rev. Derrick Weston, pastor of Oakland Presbyterian Church in Springfield, believes it's less important that people look back at King with reverence than that they hear his theology and philosophy and find ways for the church to make them applicable in its public witness today and into the future.See the full content of this document
