XENIA -- A Troy woman was charged Thursday with murdering her 7- month-old baby almost six years ago in Fairborn.

Jennell Dear-Shakro, 29, now married and living in a Troy apartment, is charged with murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence and endangering children in connection with the death of Dillon J. Hilbun on July 8, 2000, according to Greene County Common Pleas Court records.
