KETTERING -- Insulation, branches and shingles littered the streets behind the Wood Oak Apartments, as cleanup from Monday's storm continued Wednesday and thousands remained without power.
As of 10 p.m. Wednesday, DP&L officials said approximately 3,800 customers remained without power, most of those outages are in Clinton, Greene and Montgomery counties. At the height of the storm, 60,000 customers were without power.See the full content of this document
