COLUMBUS -- Gov. John Kasich will speak to the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees on Feb. 16 about his plans for JobsOhio, a public-private partnership aimed at reenergizing the state's economic development efforts.

The announcement Monday came as state Rep. Matt Lundy, D-Elyria, a critic of the Republican governor's plan, unveiled the Taxpayers' Right to Know Act, which would subject Jobs-Ohio to the state's public records and open meetings laws.
